My stomach hurts. I didn’t think it was possible to laugh that hard. But I guess it is.

“Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan” is in theaters this weekend and if you plan on going I suggest you order your tickets in advance. That’s what I did and it was a good thing, because when I got to the theater last night every showing of “Borat” was sold out. Huge groups of people were forced to walk away from the ticket counter disappointed. I never in a million years would have guessed that Sacha Baron Cohen’s mockumentary would be this popular.

Borat, one of Kazahkstans most popular TV personalities, has come to America to make a documentary about why “US and A” is the greatest country on earth, only to show us that we may not be as great as we thought we were.

I’d go more in depth with the plot line, but I don’t want to give anything away. I’ll just say this - - - Beware the fat man in the bathrobe.

You can watch the trailer below –

Go see this movie. Now.

Borat was a character from Sacha Baron Cohen’s hit HBO show “Da Ali G Show” and the “Borat” film will be followed by a “Bruno” film. Bruno is another of Cohen’s characters from the show… only this time he’ll be a gay Austrian fashion critic.

photoThe Truth aboout Daisies
Maybe the truth about daisies is that they're really alien vegetation brought by another life form to slowly, quietly take over human kind. Or maybe it's just that daisies are pretty. Hear the music of locals Truth About Daisies (and maybe try to dissect their song lyrics for the truth) during a free bandstand concert in Deering Oaks Park. Aug 12 event Today's events
