Can't find the "browse" button?
In some cases, the browser program will not display the "browse" button necessary to upload files to your website. To fix this problem, follow the instructions below for the browser software you use -- either Internet Explorer or AOL.
Instructions for Internet Explorer 3.02 users:
- Download the HTTP file upload patch from Microsoft. If you are using Windows 3.1 or Windows NT3.51, point your browser to http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q159/5/84.asp. If you are using Internet Explorer 3.02 for Win95, the patch can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/ie3add.htm.
- Install the patch and reboot your system. You may now upload files to your site normally.
Instructions for Internet Explorer 3.0 users:
- Upgrade to version 3.02 or 4.0 of Internet Explorer by going to http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/.
- Install version 3.02 of Internet Explorer and reboot your system.
- Download the HTTP file upload patch from Microsoft. If you are using Windows 3.1 or Windows NT3.51, point your browser to http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q159/5/84.asp. If you are using Internet Explorer 3.02 for Win95, the patch can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/ie3add.htm.
- Install the patch and reboot your system. You may now upload files to your site normally.

Instructions for AOL users running Internet Explorer 3.02:
- Did your version of AOL come with your Win95 machine? If so, you'll need to go to Keyword GET95 and download the full release version; the one you have is incomplete.
- After you have fully installed the complete version of AOL, restart AOL and download the HTTP file upload patch from Microsoft. If you are running Win95, the patch can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/ie3add.htm.
- Quit AOL, install the file upload patch, and reboot your system. You may now upload files to your site normally.
Instructions for AOL users running Internet Explorer 3.0:
- Did your version of AOL come with your Win95 machine? If so, you'll need to go to Keyword GET95 and download the full release version; the one you have is incomplete.
- After you have fully installed the complete version of AOL, restart AOL and upgrade to version 3.02 or 4.0 of Internet Explorer by going to http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/.

If you are using AOL 3.0 for Windows 3.1, you have two options: you can either upgrade to Win95 and follow the procedure above, or you can download Netscape and use that as your web browser.
