Can't find the "browse" button?

In some cases, the browser program will not display the "browse" button necessary to upload files to your website. To fix this problem, follow the instructions below for the browser software you use -- either Internet Explorer or AOL.

Internet Explorer 


First, check to see what version of Internet Explorer you are using. Do this by starting Internet Explorer, click on "Help," and choose "About Internet Explorer." This will tell you what version you are using.

AOL


If you have a Windows '95 machine, check to see what version of Internet Explorer you are using. Do this by starting Internet Explorer, click on "Help," and choose "About Internet Explorer." This will tell you what version you are using.

If you are using AOL 3.0 for Windows 3.1, you have two options: you can either upgrade to Win95 and follow the procedure above, or you can download Netscape and use that as your web browser.
