Signup card request

If you are a current group administrator, you can use this form to request up to 30 signup cards. These cards inform your group or organization's members about the benefits of participating in your web site. On the back, they list step-by-step instructions for signing up. As the administrator, you simply fill in your group's name and URL (web address) on these cards and hand them out to your members.

If you need more than 30 cards, we'll provide you with a "master" from which you can make your own copies. We'll fill in your Name and URL, so all you need to do is pick the paper and make the copies!
