Who's your winner for 2009 Business Innovation & Entrepreneurial Awards
Know someone whose gone above and beyond when it comes to unique business plans and giving back to the community? Now's your chance to get them a little recognition.
The Business Innovation & Entrepreneurial Awards recognizes contributions to business innovation and entrepreneurship in Maine, with proceeds supporting the Southern Maine Community College's Entrepreneurial Center and student scholarships.
Deadline for nominations is March 1 so go to www.smccME.edu/nominate to get your favorite biz included.
Awards will be presented at the on June 2 at SMCC's Dining Hall overlooking Casco Bay. Reserve your table by calling 741-5862.

The Entrepreneurial Center at SMCC is dedicated to business and economic development in Maine. Approximately 90% of Maine's economy consists of small, locally owned businesses and more than half of SMCC's student population cites interest in business ownership as a future goal.
