Johnny's Bistro & Bar opens in Falmouth
A new dining concept for new times.
Johnny Robinson, formerly of Finch's Restaurant in Falmouth, is delighted to announce the launch of his new restaurant, Johnny's Bistro & Bar, at 204 Route 1, Falmouth.
Open seven nights a week, Johnny's features a bright new décor and an expansive 10-seat granite bar allowing for an altogether more casual and comforting dining experience. The new menu, while staying true to the fresh, wholesome, and home-cooked meals that Johnny Robinson is known for, offers new pricing options reflecting a shift from the previous four-course prix fixe menu to one designed to suit a variety of appetites and moods.
To this end, the menu offers smaller plates such as Chevre and Caramelized Onion Tart ($12) and Johnny's Lamb Burger with olive tapenade ($10); but still maintains classic appetizer options including Maine Mussels in an herb garlic broth ($10) and a Tuscan Bean Salad (6). Entrees include a choice of Braised Lamb Shank ($19), Marinated Hangar Steak ($19), Crispy Salmon in a honey vermouth pan sauce ($18) and Baked Haddock in a Dijon mustard cream sauce ($18).
