Hope Hoffman has been teaching fiddle music in the Bowdoinham area since
2001; this summer, she opened a full-time studio space and art gallery
on Bowdoinham's Main Street.

Located in downtown Bowdoinham, her studio is a tenth of a mile from the
waterfront and Town Landing restaurant, and easy walking distance to the
library and hiking trails. It's shaped like a miniature grange hall,
with four large windows and a high ceiling; the acoustics are wonderful.
The space is very family-friendly, including a waiting room with crayons
and books, for family members to spend time in during lessons. Hope
Hoffman currently teaches violin/fiddle in her studio, and instruction
for additional instruments may be offered in the future.

While the creation of a lovely outdoor sign is underway in the
woodworking shop of Paul Baines, visitors arriving can look for the
landmark of several pots of colorful flowers on the side of the
building. The studio has its own private parking lot on Center Street,
and is also accessible from a ramp on the Main Street.
