Fifth Annual Caviar Dinner Presented by Eve’s at the Garden, Portland Harbor Hotel and Browne Trading Company, October 23
Eve's at the Garden and the Portland Harbor Hotel, along with partner Browne Trading Company, will present their fifth annual "Caviar Dinner," featuring exclusive caviars from around the world. The extravagant multi-course dinner, prepared by Eve's new executive chef Earl Morse, will showcase caviars including American spoonbill, Calvisius Italian White Sturgeon and Descieta Osetra and select wines will be paired with each course.
The Caviar Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. with a champagne reception; dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $95 per person; seating is limited. Reservations may be made by calling (207) 775-9090.
Browne Trading Company has long been recognized as one of the leaders in selecting the world's best caviars; guests at the dinner will have an opportunity to learn about the unique characteristics of caviar while sampling a range of some of the finest available. Rod Browne Mitchell, caviar connoisseur and owner of Browne Trading Company, will lead the evening with an expert introduction to the caviars.
