Learn to Create Thai Cuisine and Preview Thailand Culinary Adventure at Hurley Travel Experts, October 1
On Thursday, October 1, Hurley Travel Experts will host a special Thai-themed evening. Ryan Shute, from the Camden Harbour Inn, will be at the event to present an exciting new venture: a Camden Harbour Inn guided Culinary Tour of Thailand. During the two-hour event, guests will have an opportunity to experience an informal Thai cooking class with a chef from the Camden Harbour Inn's restaurant Natalie's and hear the exciting details of the Culinary Tour.
The trip, personally guided by the Camden Harbour Inn and Lawrence Klang, executive chef of Natalie's restaurant, is a fourteen-day tour through Thailand centered around the country's famous food. Luxurious hotels, intimate cooking classes, fine dining, visits to outdoor markets, rickshaw and boat rides, and more are all part of the trip. The itinerary even includes a tour through the bamboo forest on the back of an elephant!
Also present at the event will be Pat Wilcock, a travel advisor from Hurley Travel Experts, who will be available for booking assistance. There will be special incentives for booking the trip at the October 1 event.
Food and fun will be the focus of the evening, and all are invited to attend. The Thai Culinary class will take place at Hurley Travel Experts' headquarters in the Thomas Moser Building on Cumberland Ave. in Portland from 7-9 pm. Guests can RSVP or find more information by calling 207-874-7400 or by emailing rsvp@travelexperts.com.
