Maine Academy of Modern Music celebrates tax exemption with two events
The Maine Academy of Modern Music has announced that they have been granted full 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the lovely folks at the IRS!
They'll be celebrating their new nonprofit status with two upcoming events in Portland:
For the 21+ crowd, MAMM is throwing a party at the Dogfish Bar & Grille this Sunday, November 15th from 4-8pm. The Dogfish will donate $1 from every beer and $1 from every appetizer to MAMM.
For MAMM students, they'll be hosting an all-ages Rock 'n Bowl show at Yankee Lanes on Saturday, November 21st from 6-9pm which will feature performances by a number of our MAMM Rock Ensembles.
