Thumb Warrior Tristan Littlefield has been playing video games since the dawn of time, which, for most little kids was the day they received their first gaming console. With over twenty years gaming experience, and a collection of systems and games that dates back to 1985, Tristan has quite a bit to say about the games he is currently playing, and the games of days past..
This game has been available for download on Xbox LIVE Marketplace for awhile now (at the cost of 800 points, about $10) and I decided to download this game last night.
This game is by far one of the greatest RPG style games ever, right behind Zelda: a Link to the Past on Super Nintendo. I thought it might be fun to goof around a bit but quickly got pulled into the horror hack n slash game. If you're looking for something to spend those extra Microsoft points on, I would recommend this game before all others.
I've been downloading some pretty cool songs lately for Rock Band (Which I received as an Xmas present, thanks Ian:P) and the developer is doing a very good job at following through on their promises to keep the content fresh.
This week a song pack of three songs by Oasis came out, with Wonderwall and Don't Look Back in Anger in there.
Last week I got Brass in Pocket by the Pretenders and All the Small Things by Blink 182.
All in all I'm pretty sure my song selection is around 70 available songs, including pretty much every genre imaginable. I like games that can't get old no matter how much I play them. :P
What is it about Mario that makes people want to make so many funny movies about him? I was on youtube the other day and out of all video game/cartoon characters he seems to have the most off the wall things made about him. Here's an example of his band playing a Twisted Sister song
These movies don't seem to get old no matter how many times I watch them!
