Featured local business: At Your Barkin' Call

Kudos to my friend Gail Conley Reagan who opened At Your Barkin' Call Dog Daycare last weekend in Gray on Route 100. She is realizing a life long dream to own her own business and also work with animals. Gail and her husband purchased the building on 238 Portland Road, and they have done extensive renovations to accommodate dogs, with plenty of space to relax, run and play, both indoors and out.

Best of luck Gail!!!

More local business spotlights coming soon. Next up:
Ocean Omega Fish Oils

Here are a few pictures from open house.

Gail's dog Fanza (sounds like Tony Danza) is a GoodDogz graduate!
In this photo Fanza is executing the "chill" command perfectly.

Boy am I envious. Real Estate in Orange County California is way too expensive for an outdoors business such as this.

You Go Gail!

Nancy: Just found your blog! Its fascinating!

We carry Ocean Omega (the subject of next week's highligted business!) at our pet boutique on Route 1 in Newcastle. We have been thrilled with their products. We focus on holistic and natural products for animals (food, treats, supplements, etc.) and Ocean Omega has flown off our shelves.

And, congratulations to Gail on opening of the daycare. We have such a need for that in midcoast Maine, too! We opened the pet boutique in May...so if we can help in any way, we are happy to share what we have learned thus far!
