About a year ago, Fyve came together at their middle school to perform in a talent show. They soon realized that they all clicked! Fyve's original songs are written by the band which gives them a unique full sound. All three girls harmonize well together which sets them apart from other rock bands. It is rare for kids at this age to play together like they do. Fyve has a girl drummer and a girl guitar player who are identical twins! The twins have played music with each other for over 6 years, helping the band with rhythm and timing. Fyve performs classic rock, alternative, and some pop songs too. The kids are writing more & more rock originals all while performing covers from 80Õs classic rock to some of todayÕs alternative & rock hits. In the past 12 months, they have played in New HampshireÕs RockÕn RibFest, MaineÕs WTOS School Of Rock, WinthropÕs Megafest, the Windsor Fairgrounds Charity Bike Run, Readfield Depot, Lakeside Revue, New York CityÕs Classic Stage Theater, New York City's historic Webster Hall, and many other local shows. On 3/21, the band performed in Boston at the Hard Rock Cafe taking the grand prize among 15 bands from 9 states. Last week, they did another WTOS School Of Rock Concert on 3/27/10 at the Winthrop Performing Arts Center.
