Bush did take an oath Matt, remember back in January 2005...it went like this... "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
of course with Bush jr. as well as Senior the problem was with that part about "the best of my ability" but who knew. JRreport abuse

Bush lied people died... guess what... the difference between Clinton and Bush is that clinton was UNDER OATH. I'm sick if people saying Bush is a war criminal and that he has broken the law. Can any of you cite what LAWS -not how you feel- LAWS that he has broken and what exactly makes him a war criminal? I'm NOT a republican, but it will be a cold day in hell when I vote for any democrat while all the democratic party does is point the finger. Lets correct the problems with the left, maybe then you can get some support. We need to end the finger-pointing politics. Instead of making the opposition look bad how about you do something worthwhile to gain support. You don't like the war? How about you come up with a VIABLE withdrawal plan. I'll listen to any candidate for president that offers a REASONABLE solution. I'm sick of absurd talk, we all know the extreme crap is never going to happen... lets get some reason into politics.report abuse
